How long can I keep the DVD?
Recent Releases are picked up next day (pickup time is arranged when you place your order). Other titles are yours to keep for one week.

What are your late charges?
The 'recent release' late charge is 2.99 per day.
On other titles we charge .99 per day.
Please remember we pick up recent releases hence in many cases we make late charges an obsolete concept!

What are your business hours?
We are open whenever you see the Open graphic at the top of the page. Our estimated business hours are:

What happens if the DVD gets dammaged?
Should the DVD(s) get damaged, please call us and we will discuss this rare event personally. We guarantee you will never be charged more than replacement cost of the disk.


Ive lost the protective return mailer. What should I do?
If you have lost the DVD mailer we provided, please contact us at:

Please do not mail the disk without the mailer. It may get damaged.
